Return Policy
General Return Information:
We always want to make sure you are happy with your purchase!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer store credit. We currently do not offer refunds. Items must be returned to us within 21 days of receiving your order in the original packaging and unworn. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once received at our facility.
To start a return, please send an email to our team at sales@Sarahishoes.com with your order number.
We do not accept returns on any of the following: Sale/clearance items , accessories, items purchased with a 30% or more.
All these items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Store credit only. If you wish to return an item please contact us at SALES@Sarahishoes.com Please allow us up to 3 business days to follow up with you, once items are received and inspected we will contact you to give you instructions on your store credit.

Please be advised we do not provide any prepaid return labels, we are not responsible for covering shipping costs on a returned item. Also note we will not be able to refund shipping costs.
